Privacy notice

1. Controller and contact

Softcrates Solutions SRL, Argentina, is the controller for the website flows described here. To ask a privacy question or exercise a data right, use the contact form and choose “Privacy / personal data”. The company must still confirm a dedicated privacy address and its complete registered-business details.

2. Information we process

• Corporate enquiry: name, company, optional job title, business email, selected topics, the decision described and optional context.
• YMS review booking: full name, selected shipyard, job title, business email, preferred date and time, appointment status and a random reference.
• Security data: IP-derived keyed hashes for rate limiting, request timing, session and CSRF identifiers, and minimal booking audit events.
• Information sent voluntarily through WhatsApp, which is processed by WhatsApp under its own terms when that external link is used.

Do not submit passwords, credentials, sensitive personal information or third-party personal data that is not needed for the request.

3. Purposes and grounds

We use the information to respond to an enquiry, assess a possible business engagement, schedule and verify a requested meeting, prevent abuse, secure the forms and keep the minimum operational record needed to administer a booking. The appropriate legal ground depends on the request and applicable law; it may include steps requested before a contract, consent or a legitimate business interest. The forms do not subscribe a person to marketing.

4. Recipients and transfers

Access is limited to authorised Softcrates personnel and service providers needed for hosting, email delivery and database operation. The current deployment documentation identifies DonWeb/Ferozo infrastructure and SMTP delivery. We do not sell personal information. Provider legal entities, processing locations, contractual safeguards and subprocessors require business confirmation; international transfers may occur if those services operate outside the person’s country.

5. Retention and deletion

Contact messages are delivered to the configured corporate mailbox. Booking details and minimal audit events are stored in the YMS database; expired unverified slots are released, but the database schema does not yet implement final deletion periods. Softcrates must approve and implement retention periods for enquiries, confirmed bookings, audit events, rate-limit records and mailboxes. You may request deletion where applicable.

6. Cookies and tracking

The corporate pages do not use analytics, advertising pixels or marketing cookies. The YMS booking service uses one session cookie only after the visitor starts the booking flow. See the cookie notice.

7. Your rights

Depending on applicable law, you may request access, correction, updating, deletion or restriction/objection where available, and withdraw consent without affecting earlier lawful processing. We will verify identity proportionately and will not ask for unnecessary data.

Under Argentine Law 25,326, access may be exercised free of charge at intervals of no less than six months unless a legitimate interest is shown. The Argentine data-protection authority (AAIP) receives complaints concerning non-compliance with personal-data rules.

8. Security, children and changes

We use transport security, strict input validation, rate limits, CSRF protection, restricted configuration paths and limited logs. No security measure is absolute. This B2B website is not directed to children. Material changes will be shown here with a new update date.
